Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your Petra's Villa account and what happens when you do.

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent and immediate. It can’t be undone. The one exception: a suspended account can’t be deleted.

How to delete your account

1. Make sure you’re signed in.
2. From the home screen, tap the menu in the top-right corner. Your account opens.
3. At the bottom, tap Danger zone, then Delete account…
4. Type your username to confirm, then tap Delete Account. You’ll be signed out immediately.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile: username, email address, and date of birth
• Your support tickets
• Any subscription billed on the web is canceled automatically
• Your newsletter subscription

What happens to your seasons

Your characters, seasons, and game progress are removed from your account, and you can’t get them back. We may keep that content without your account details, as described in our Privacy Policy. To have it deleted as well, email hostess@petrasvilla.com.

We may also retain limited records (such as transaction history and safety records) where required by law.

Cancel your subscription first if you have one through the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account here won’t cancel it, and you’ll keep getting charged. See our Contact page for step-by-step cancellation instructions.
