How to permanently delete your Petra’s Villa account and what happens when you do.

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent and immediate — it can’t be undone.

How to delete your account

  1. Make sure you’re signed in.
  2. Open the menu: tap the gear in the top-right (desktop) or the three-line menu in the top-right (mobile).
  3. Tap the row with your profile picture and username. Your account panel opens.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap the red Delete account link.
  5. A confirmation dialog will pop up. Type your username into the field, then tap Delete Account. You’ll be signed out immediately.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and credentials (username, email address, date of birth, password)
  • All your characters, seasons, and stories are disassociated from your identity
  • Your active subscription (Stripe subscriptions are canceled automatically)
  • Your newsletter subscription

We may retain limited records (such as transaction history and safety/abuse records) where required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Cancel your subscription first if you have one through the App Store or Google Play — deleting your account here won’t cancel it, and you’ll keep getting charged. See our Contact page for step-by-step cancellation instructions.
